Participants will learn to:

• Understand personal fall protection and fall arrest systems.
• Conduct basic fall protection equipment inspections.
• Identify damage, wear, defects and deterioration.
• Inspect safety harnesses, lanyards, SRLs and connectors.
• Determine when equipment should be removed from service.
• Understand equipment storage, maintenance and inspection records.

• WSH Officers / Coordinators
• Safety Supervisors and Site Supervisors
• Work-at-Height personnel
• PPE / Equipment Inspectors

• Persons responsible for fall protection equipment inspection
• Workers using personal fall protection systems

Time: 8am – 12pm

Duration: 4 hours

Class will commence with a minimum of 5 pax, and a maximum of 10pax per course

Participants will be awarded a certificate of attendance upon successful completion of the course.
